Specifically, it will be used to secure the booking made by the data subject and, in the event of a breach of the contractual obligation, to manage the corresponding charge. The data may also be used to send communications from the UniverXO Group.

The use of the data is necessary for the proper management of the booking and to protect the restaurant against losses arising if the customer fails to comply with the contractual obligation undertaken.
1.4 To whom will your data be disclosed or transferred?
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, nor will the personal information you provide be sold or transferred in any way, except where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
1.5 How long will we retain your data?
The personal data provided will be retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and will subsequently be destroyed. Data may be transferred to companies within the UniverXO Group (Dukes Road S.L., RavioXO Madrid S.L., StreetXO Madrid S.L., GOXO Food Services S.L., Hungry Ants S.L.U.).

As the data subject, you retain control over your personal data and may exercise your rights at any time by emailing dpo@diverxo.es (for the attention of: RIGHTS), stating your full name, attaching a photocopy of your identity document and specifying the right you wish to exercise. The rights available to you are:
Right of access, rectification and/or erasure:
You have the right to obtain information as to whether DUKES ROAD is processing your personal data and, where applicable, to access that data. You may also request rectification where the data is inaccurate or, where applicable, request erasure where, among other grounds, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right to restriction of processing:
In such cases, the data will be retained solely for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to data portability:
You may exercise this recognised right. These rights may be exercised free of charge. If you believe that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

The Administrator of diverxo.com has implemented all systems and technical measures available to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to, and theft of data provided by the User.
Users should nevertheless be aware that security measures on the internet are not impregnable.

User information stored on diverxo.com servers is kept in the most secure environment possible. Among other physical and technological security measures, the Administrator employs software protection through a firewall to prevent unauthorised connections, as well as physical protection through server access-control systems.

5. Use of the User’s Email Address
Diverxo.com may send emails to Users once they have provided their address and subject to the conditions expressly accepted by them.
To protect Users’ privacy, Users retain full control over whether they receive such emails.

6. Changes to the Security and Data Protection Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to amend its security and data-protection policy at its discretion, always in accordance with Spanish data-protection legislation in force, with effect from the date on which the amendment is published on diverxo.com.
Changes affecting the processing of personal data will also be communicated to the data subjects by email.
